The Smashing Pumpkins Reveal Set Times For The World Is A Vampire Festival Australia

With two weeks to go until The Smashing Pumpkins’ inaugural The World Is A Vampire festival happens in Australia, set times and local openers have been revealed. 

Special guests Jane’s Addiction, Amyl And The Sniffers, RedHook and Battlesnake are already joining the Bullet With Butterfly Wings icons on all dates, sans the Port Melbourne date, where Battlesnake will not be appearing. 

Heavy metallers PistonFist open the bill in Brisbane and Bribie Island, alt-rockers XCALIBRE in Melbourne, chill indie band Soda in Adelaide, and rock group The Silencio on the Gold Coast. Shows in Sydney and Melbourne have sold out, with minimal numbers of tickets remaining for all other dates.
