This extensive but predominantly grave offering floats between folk, indie pop and country genres; at times distinctly operatic and at others, jangly.

More Bear's Den More Bear's Den

These cautiously crafted tracks employ a heavy variation of dynamics throughout this release, lending it a grand, cinematic feel. Sahara, Pt I and Sahara, Pt II work together, commencing with a deep swell punctuated by sparse, chiming notes slowly building towards an atmospheric soundscape. This gradually launches into a trebly, soothing melody and poignant mood. Other tracks employ a country-style, twanging tone, integrating banjo with longing vocals, leading towards lovely, mournful male harmonies. This extensive but predominantly grave offering floats between folk, indie pop and country genres; at times distinctly operatic and at others, jangly.
