Album Review: The Pinheads - I Wanna Be A Girl

Rough as guts rock'n'roll, I Wanna Be A Girl is noisy, manic and so much fun. Explosive riffs and crazed screams, The Pinheads are a pretty wild bunch.

Detonating a bomb of deranged noise, the title track is raucous rock at its very best. Midnight and Treat Me Like An Animal are ruthless blasts of unhinged guitars and drunken growls that'll blow your ears off, while boozy rocker If I Have To Wait takes the foot off the accelerator and turns up the swagger. Manic in the best possible way, The Pinheads will leave you in a state of shock.
