"...Gets in, makes a ridiculously strong statement and then gets out."

More The Iron Eye More The Iron Eye

The best blues-based, stoner/hard rock bands know how to inject a little swaggering boogie into their sound, and that's exactly what these Brisbane boys do.

Foreign Bodies is a short, sharp, in your face but above all fun five-track EP that gets in, makes a ridiculously strong statement and then gets out. Best track honours go to the title track, with its fat, sleazy groove and 'don't fuck with me' attitude, and the supremely stompy closer Silence. But overall, this EP is an absolute ball-tearer, and one can imagine that these songs would go off in a live setting.
