Album Review: The Drums Encyclopedia

Despite being the third LP release for The Drums, Encyclopedia is a debut of sorts – having halved in size since their last record Encyclopedia is the first album to feature only founding members Jonny Pierce and Jacob Graham playing as a duo.

Taking advantage of their newfound freedom Pierce and Graham have admittedly made a record that’s more bizarre than their previous efforts. First single Magic Mountain has been touted as representational of the other 11 tracks, but songs like Break My Heart and There Is Nothing Left are easier on the ears.
