Shoot From The Hip

"It all gets meta in an awesome way."

Featuring live smooth-as jazz and excellent performances, Shoot From The Hip is a genuinely witty parody of the pulp detective novel genre, presented in radio play style.

Washed-up private eye Rick Rockwell is trying to solve a case that isn't real, because he isn't real either. I think. It all gets meta in an awesome way. Things move fast, and there are plenty of zinging one-liners and ripping characterisations along the way. If Jason Schwartzman wanted to put his TV show Bored To Death on stage, or cult podcast Serial was to make the leap, these guys could do it easily.
