More Paper Arms More Paper Arms

There’s something of an inevitability in Great Mistakes.

It’s taken a good seven years, but Adelaide’s Paper Arms are embracing their finest hour with this, their third record. Despite some trying times lately, the record smacks of optimism, positive riffs and chord progressions propelling their sound with gusto. At times reminiscent of Frogstomp-era Silverchair and the calmer side of The Bronx, Paper Arms wear their influences on their collective sleeve and the results are here for all to enjoy. There’s maybe one or two tracks too many, but it’s a small chink in the armour.
