Album Review: Marshall Okell - Sipping On Rocket Fuel

For a guy so deeply trenched in the blues, Marshall Okell truly comes out with some impressive diversity in his forthcoming fourth full-length album. Okell's knowledge of the raw emotion, depth and breadth of the blues does him service as he pulls out track after track of powerful, heartfelt and honest music. Okell plays his guitar with the volatility of a drunken brawl, and he gets to do it every other night of his life. If that doesn't make you jealous, then nothing will.
