“Turn that shit up louder”. And turn it up we can.

More Godsmack More Godsmack

The sixth album from Boston alt-hard rockers Godsmack revs up (literally, it kicks off with beasty car revs to match its cover and moniker) from the get go, with the title track demanding we “turn that shit up louder”. And turn it up we can.

The four-piece have held their esteemed if sometimes overlooked position in the genre for many years and, if they keep cranking out albums like this one, probably will until their demise. A small percentage of tracks are lacking (Something Different, I Don’t Belong) but ball-busters Generation Day, Locked & Loaded, Living In The Gray and more, just sweep all that under the rug.
