A Frenzal Rhomb review doesn’t need to be long. Just know the following:

-    Gordy’s drumming is fast.

-    The riffs are awesome.

-    Jay’s voice is as nasal as ever.

-    The song titles are offensive.

Oh yeh, apparently Jay won ,000 in a casino overseas and was able to finance the entire record so the band could release it themselves without owing anyone money….. GENIUS!

But seriously, Forever Malcolm Young is a return to form for Frenzal Rhomb. It contains some of the best tracks they’ve released in years – and not just for the witty song names. This CD won’t change anyone’s opinion on Frenzal Rhomb. If you hate

them, you’re still going to hate them (and chances are one of the songs

on here is talking about you). If you love them, you’re going to get

hours of listening pleasure out of this record.

I’ll leave you with the wise words of Frenzal front man Jay:  “Johnny Ramone was in a fucken good band but he was a cunt”.
