"Their hit song 'Delete'... excited the audience."

More Bad//Dreems More Bad//Dreems

This Saturday night, The Gov, Adelaide's much-loved live music venue hosted an evening full of energy and positive vibes. Australian rock-band DMA'S (who formed in 2012 in Sydney) were supported by Bad//Dreems, who eased the crowd in.

Bad//Dreems, a local alternative rock band, got the crowd moving with their dynamic songs such as Dumb Ideas. The venue was completely jam-packed full of people of all different ages, which was positive to see and created a warm and casual environment.

At 10.20pm, the crowd went wild as DMA'S came bounding onto the stage and smashed straight into their first song. They effortlessly pleased the crowd with their intense rock tunes, their own positive energy filtering throughout the crowd. Hills End and Too Soon — among other hit songs — got the audience singing along while the band continued contributing to the good vibes throughout the venue.

The band's music and energy captivated the audience in every part of the venue. A highlight of the set was the way that it started off with high intensity songs before leading into slower songs and then building back up again. So We Know, one of the slower songs, prompted the audience to again sing and sway in unison while looking up at the band, completely enthralled. Their hit song Delete was also played, which excited the audience. DMA'S maintained their energy levels even during ballads. From here they dived straight back into the more intense music from their debut album, Hills End, such as Lay Down, creating a fierce moshpit near the front of the stage.
