"Every song will hit a nerve and, if it’s your jam, will feed the music monster within."

When it comes to Daisyhead, they won’t make it complicated.

They are melodic rock with excellent spouts of half time, and yeah, it’s a little emo. If you listened to A Day To Remember, or any of those pop-punk favourites from 2005, you will enjoy The Smallest Light. In Lacking Basis vocalist Michael Roe sings “I just don’t have time to waste”. And that pretty much sums up the premise of this release. Every song will hit a nerve and, if it’s your jam, will feed the music monster within.
