The 10P comes with a solid red cedar top, solid Indian rosewood back and sides, Honduran cedar neck, ebony fingerboards and is 650mm scale length. I myself have been playing and teaching on Alhambra for a few years.

Founded in 1965, Alhambra manufactures a range of quality Spanish-made guitars that starts with a reasonably priced student model through to a reasonably priced concert instrument. They come in either spruce or cedar. Based in Melbourne, Pierre Herrero (0410 708 338) is the man who brings Alhambra guitars into Australia. The 4P is quite a good mid-range/mid-priced guitar that serves well for home use, AMEB or Trinity College London exams, small concerts or songwriting and even just playing to your friends. The 10P, however, is a concert guitar that will do a good job at the higher end of things yet at a student price.
