Not that complicated.

More Avril Lavigne More Avril Lavigne

Following an absence of six long years, Australia is clearly excited about Avril Lavigne's new album.

The Canadian singer's sixth studio album, Head Above Water, has debuted at #9 on the ARIA Albums chart, but lost out on highest debut to The Cat Empire's Stolen Diamonds which charted at #4. Florida Georgia Line's Can't Say I Ain't Country also debuted at #7.

Ariana Grande's thank u, next holds onto top spot for a second straight week, following its debut in top spot last week.

Other album debuts this week include Methyl Ethel's Triage, which narrowly missed the top ten coming in at #11, Millencolin's SOS (#32) and Drake's 2009-released mixtape So Far Gone, which hit streaming services for the first time to mark its tenth anniversary (#34).

Over on the Singles chart, Grande continues her domination holding onto the top two spots with 7 Rings (marking five weeks straight atop the list) and Break Up With Your Girlfriend, I'm Bored.
