Weezer announce Australian tour supports

Weezer have announced local supports for their 2013 Australian tour.

Cloud Control and Brisbane’s Ball Park Music will be joining Weezer for four Australian shows in January, kicking off in Brisbane on January 13, followed by Melbourne on January 16, Sydney on January 19, and Perth on January 23.

Weezer will play their first shows in Australia since 1996, performing a 'Greatest Hits' set as well as The Blue Album from start to finish. Frontman Rivers Cuomo has told fans to expect "lots of energy and enthusiasm and plenty of mid 90s alternative rock."
