North Carolina stoner metal band Weedeater are teaming up with UK caveman battle doom band Conan for a once in lifetime chance to catch both on the same stage this July.

A match made in heaven (or possibly hell), Weedeater and Conan are known for their exhilarating stage performances, with both bands taking to the road to play in New Zealand and then Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth from 14 July.

Touring since 1998, Weedeater will have their new album Goliathan, released just last year, on show, while Conan will tour Revengeance, released this past January.

The tour will begin on 14 July in Brisbane at Crowbar, before heading to Sydney's Manning Bar on 15 July, Melbourne's Max Watt's on 16 July and Perth's Rosemount Hotel on 17 July.
