Vance Joy, Karnivool Named For BASSINTHEGRASS Festival 2014

The first lot of acts for the 2014 BASSINTHEGRASS festival have been confirmed today, with the latest Hottest 100 winner Vance Joy leading the names.

Joining the Riptide singer-songwriter for the Darwin event will be local post-hardcore mainstays The Amity Affliction, prog-rock favourites Karnivool and emerging MC Allday. More artists are expected to be revealed over the coming weeks.

BASSINTHEGRASS is held at the Darwin Ampitheatre and is considered the city's premier festival. This year's event will take place on Saturday 24 May.

Tickets are available from Monday 14 April.
