It's shaping up to be a huge year for Victoria's The Lost Lands festival with even more acts added to the 2019 line-up today.

Dyson Stringer Cloher, William Crighton, Alice Skye, Approachable Members Of Your Local Community and The Merindas will now all join the November festival.

They join the likes of acts like Baker Boy, Gomez (performing their 1999 classic Liquid Skin in its entirety), Vika & Linda Bull, Regurgitator, Sampa The Great, and a whole lot more who have previously been announced

"We’re thrilled to offer a unique festival experience, where families can dance, unleash their creativity and enjoy breathtaking performances together," said festival co-founders Simon Daly and Mella Morgan.

"We’re also launching an incredibly fun participatory music project that’s really inclusive. It’s going to be chaotic and wonderfully rock and roll!

Additionally, the festival has also announced Late Night Jazz & Salsa jams to be hosted by Nicky Bomba, as well as the The Big Lost Band which invites festival attendees to collaborate and perform a medley of classic Aussie tracks on the Sunday afternoon. Patrons can sign up for pre-rehearsal here and those under 16 will score themselves a two-day festival and camping pass for attending.

“Imagine 20 drum kits, 20 basses, 60 guitars, 10 keyboards and a swarm of singers on mics," said artistic director Ian Pidd. "A chance to play in the biggest band you’ve ever seen!”
