Sydney Band Sienna Skies Unveil New Video Ahead Of Hawthorne Heights Tour

Sydney heavy-hitters Sienna Skies are just about to set off in support of Hawthorne Heights on their upcoming Australian tour but, before they do, the local outfit has released the very cool video clip for their anthemic tune, There's No Place Like....

The clip is as visually striking as they come, featuring copious slow-mo moments and some breathtaking scenery — but the boys may have made a misstep (albeit the best kind of misstep) in prominently featuring gorgeous dog and obviously the goodest of girls, Chardy, throughout, because really, she's all we want to talk about now.

To be totally fair to the band, the song is top-notch; a highly accessible and enjoyable slice of their 2016 full-length, A Darker Shade Of Truth, showcasing the band's dynamic range and ability to seamlessly transition between moody, slow-burn atmospherics to forceful, fist-punchy power vibes.

It's all very good stuff BUT C'MON THAT IS SUCH A BEAUTIFUL DOG. It is very hard to want to talk about anything else.

But talk we must; as much as we don't want to hold you up from getting to watch some pure canine joy, just quickly, off the back of touring nationally and internationally with some seriously impressive bands — including Silverstein, Thy Art Is Murder, Story Of The Year and Like Moths To Flames — Sienna Skies will set off for their run with Hawthorne Heights from Tuesday 29 August, when they hit Adelaide's Fowlers Live for a licensed all-ages outing.
