Supports Announced For OFF! Big Day Out Sideshows

7 January 2013 | 3:35 pm | Dan Condon

Everyone from Toe To Toe to Velociraptor are getting on board.

The forthcoming sideshows for one of the most celebrated punk rock bands of the past few years, OFF!, are set to commence in just ten days and this afternoon the support acts for the three east coast dates have been announced.

It's a rather varied list of bands who have been given the nod for the shows, with a mixture of hardcore, pop punk and garage rock bands all in the mix. Given the band's diverse fan base the wide variety of musical styles on offer makes a lot more sense than it may appear on the surface.

Sydney's Annandale Hotel audience will be treated to legendary Aussie hardcore dynamos Toe To Toe and the latest project from Frenzal Rhomb's Jay Whalley, Chinese Burns Unit. Brisbane punters will get to witness the many-limbed garage-pop good time band that is Velociraptor in main support, while hard working pop punk favourites Undead Apes get things warmed up, while Melburnians can get wild to the sounds of Bloody Hammer and Batpiss before Keith Morris and his gang get busy.

Dates are below, tickets are still available for all shows.
