With Queensland “electronic taste-maker festival” ARCADIA just over a week away, we caught up with some of the acts on this year’s bill to find out who they’re pumped to see.

Here’s who you don’t want to miss at ARCADIA 2019.

SET MO

Keen to see: Planète

"We're pumped to see Planète play at ARCADIA. We've actually been fans for years, ever since we stumbled across his tune Altair on SoundCloud. We've never seen him play so pumped for that.”

PLANÈTE

Keen to see: Chris George

“I'm really interested in Floating Over To You’s simplicity and its inherent versatility. It isn’t trying to be in your face, I am drawn to the restraint. These qualities are what makes me like him as an artist, and makes me want to hear more originals and the music he is playing at ARCADIA also."

LUBOKU

Keen to see: MDWS

“I've been looking forward to the MDWS set at ARCADIA since it was announced - he has such a unique vocal and production style which is just so classy and super slick. It's going to be such a vibe.”

DASTE.

Keen to see: DVNA

“We’re big fans of everything DVNA is doing. She’s approaching her production with such maturity and really embracing the DIY attitude, which resonates very closely with us. The funk is real within her track Girl On The Move and we’re excited to hear it come alive at ARCADIA.”

DVNA

Keen to see: Set Mo

“I’m keen to see a bunch of people, although I have been a fan of Set Mo for years and I’ve never had the chance to see them live. They’ve got that atmospheric, heart mimicking beat and an eargasmic intricacy that crawls under your skin. Nothing compliments half naked paddock dancing, running on no sleep and pure adrenaline more than a set from Set Mo!! My favourites are See Right Through Me and I Belong Here. I will no doubt be on someone’s shoulders for those tracks.”
