The Melbourne rockers will play seven shows before heading into the studio.

Melbourne rockers Scaramouche have given fans some exciting news this week, with word of a tour ripping through the east coast from late-September to October and hints of a new record in the works.

Their shows will promote the release of their new EP Welcome to the Parlour, also due to become available around the October period.

When the band finish exploding stages over the east coast, they will return to Melbourne to begin recording a new album, due to be recorded in March 2013.

Their first EP Access Denied got the attention of radio stations and magazines Australia-wide, also getting the opportunity to play the Hell or High Water benefit show for the 2011 Queensland Floods.
