American rock outfit Say Anything have announced an Australian tour for spring.

The band, who’ve been making music together for close to 15 years, will play shows in Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane this October, with tickets available this Friday 18 July at 9am.

The tour will see the Los Angeles-based band celebrate and showcase tracks off their most recently released album Hebrews. The record, which dropped last month, is their most explicitly religiously driven album yet, according to frontman Max Bemis.

"It's not a record about being Jewish; it's about understanding where my neuroses come from. Is it from society, my parents or from the dawn of man?" he said of Hebrews.
