Rammstein vocalist Till Lindemann has been dropped by his book publishers, Kiepenheuer & Witsch, as allegations of spiking a fan’s drink at a pre-party before the band's show in Vilnius, Lithuania, surfaced earlier this week.

The German edition of Metal Hammer provided the following press release from the publishers, which has been translated: “In recent days, we have been shocked to follow the allegations against Till Lindemann that have become public. Our sympathy and respect goes out to the women affected.”

The statement continues, “Due to the humiliating actions of Till Lindemann in said porn and the deliberate use of our book in a pornographic context, the separation between the 'lyrical I' and the author/artist, which we defend so fiercely, is mocked by the author himself.” Kiepenheuer & Witsch released Lindemann’s book, In Silent Nights, in 2013.

As Brooklyn Vegan reports, German news outlet Tagesschau has also published a new article featuring new allegations against the singer. Another woman has come forward and similarly claimed that she had her drink spiked with drugs, however, she has also alleged that sexual misconduct took place.

Tagesschau’s reported allegations read: "Lindemann was lying on her when she regained consciousness and asked her if he should stop. 'And I didn't even know what he wanted to stop doing.'"

Neither Till Lindemann, Rammstein, or representatives for the band have responded to Kiepenheuer & Witsch or the Tagesschau report.

Earlier this week, the band denied all allegations levelled at Lindemann after a woman on social media named Shelby Lynn alleged that her drink was spiked with drugs at a pre-party with the band.

She subsequently spent over 24 hours vomiting and in a state of confusion and in the morning, woke up with bruises on her body. Lynn also claimed that when Lindemann asked her to have sex and she said no, he was furious and stormed off.

Lynn says she was chosen by Joe Letz – drummer in Lindemann, the singer’s side project; to attend the pre-party. She alleged that after drinking a “small Red Bull/vodka and a Prosecco” and a shot of Tequila, she then felt “like a human zombie, singing, dancing, but also stumbling tripping.”

Responding to Lynn’s allegations, Rammstein wrote on Twitter earlier this week (29 May), “With regard to the allegations circulating on the internet about Vilnius, we can rule out the possibility that what is being claimed took place in our environment. We are not aware of any official investigations into this matter.”
