Paramore Apparently Heading To Australia This November

According to fan reports on Twitter, Paramore could be heading to Australia in November.
The touring rumour mill has been sent into overdrive after vocalist Hayley Williams and Brian O’Connor, the co-founder and Chief Innovation Officer of Williams’ hair dye company, Good Dye Young, represented their products with an Ulta Beauty takeover event on 1 June.
Some Paramore fans attended the event and took part in meet and greets with Williams and O’Connor, with one fan on Twitter writing, “I don't know if it's like world tour I just asked for Australia and she said yes in November”.

An Instagram post from the Paramore Brasil fan group further noted that “During today's meet&greet in New York at the GDY event, Hayley confirmed that 'This Is Why' will be a world tour and that dates for shows in Australia will be announced later this year.”
Kill Your Stereo has reached out to representatives for Paramore for comment.
2024 will be a massive year for the band – Paramore Brasil revealed that the band will also return to Asia and Europe next year.
Another fan gave Williams a Speak Now bracelet, in tribute to the Taylor Swift album, with Williams responding, "Let me just say, it comes at a very interesting time that you’re giving me this to wear, that’s all I’ll say”.

In February, Paramore's sixth album and first in over five years, This Is Why, debuted at the top of the ARIA Albums Chart in its first week. The record also topped the Vinyl Albums Chart, with Pierce The Veil's new album, The Jaws Of Life, right behind them.
Australians have been dedicated to Paramore for over a decade. This Is Why is Paramore's third #1 album down under, following Brand New Eyes (2009) and Paramore (2013). Their 2017 album, After Laughter, debuted at #3.
Their 2005 debut, All We Know Is Falling, failed to chart here but subsequently received a Gold certification. Riot! (2007) is also certified Gold in Australia and peaked at #47 upon release.
The band returned after a lengthy hiatus in September, releasing the title track and their first new song since 2017's After Laughter (Williams put out two excellent solo albums in 2020, Petals For Armor and 2021, Flowers For Vases / Descansos).
Williams, drummer Zac Farro and guitarist Taylor York were a seven-piece with their touring band when they last visited Australia in 2018 – there was extra percussionist Joseph Mullen, guitarist Justin York, multi-instrumentalist Logan MacKenzie, and bassist Joey Howard in place of departed founding bassist Jeremy Davis.
