Another great week for local music.

More Mansionair More Mansionair

There’s a stack of new local tunes hitting triple j this week, with the broadcaster confirming Mansionair’s Shadowboxer as its Feature Album, while Julia Jacklin’s Crushing is also added to rotation.

Shadowboxer is Mansionair’s debut album and fans will get the chance to catch the band live this May/June when the Sydney outfit embark on a tour in support.

Meanwhile, Jacklin kicked off her album tour last week in Perth, with plans to take her second LP to the UK, Europe, USA and Canada and more after a run of Australian dates over the next few weeks.

The local love continues, with seven out of eight new songs added to full rotation coming from local acts, as new music from Adrian Eagle, Alex Lahey, Asha Jefferies, CXLOE, Ocean Alley, Tones And I and Yours Truly makes the cut alongside Diplo’s latest hit, New Shapes featuring Octavian.
