"It's not every day you get to put your name to a beer that will cure all of the world’s ills..."

More Something For Kate More Something For Kate

If you, like us, already love Something For Kate prepare to love them a lot love more because they've just release their own beer.

The band have worked with the team at Mornington Peninsula Brewery in collaboration with the Beer InCider Experience, which they're headlining in March.

Dubbed Miracle Cure, the beer gets its name from the track on their 2012 album, Leave Your Soul To Science, and draws its inspiration from a Rye Indian Pale Ale (IPA) with a "fruity aroma and piney, spicy, melon flavours followed by a distinctive, yet refreshingly sharp finish."

“It’s not every day you get to put your name to a beer that will cure all of the world’s ills," says Something For Kate frontman Paul Dempsey.

"So it was important that our collaboration with Morning Peninsula Brewery combined characteristics of our favourite flavours to create the ultimate brew,” says Mr Dempsey.
