Mitzi Announce Debut Album

Friday 15 February sees the disco pop dudes release their album.

The hard-working lads from Brisbane based band Mitzi are set to release their debut album Truly Alive on Friday 15 February, after a hugely successful stint of touring, supporting the likes of Darwin Dees, Foster the People and The Whitest Boy Alive.

The influence of producer Ash Workman (Klaxons/Metronomy) is highly distinguishable on their single Who Will Love You Now, which will be featured on the album and earned the title of iTune's single of the week. Doused with dreamy disco pop and groovy summery sounds, the LP is a fine showcase of the group's unique blend of garage indie pop.

Continuing their touring hot streak, the band will be supporting Foals at their sold out Sydney shows and have just been announced to play 2013's SXSW Festival.
