Their long-awaited album will get a release in July

More Misery Signals More Misery Signals

The UNFD family can now welcome American metalcore band Misery Signals to their roster.

The Wisconsin-formed five-piece have been thrashing around for just over a decade now, with their signature melodies and aggressive guitar riffs making them a mainstay of the metal scene. The last few years of Misery Signals though have been filled with band departures and side projects.

Their last album Controller came out in 2008, so we're stoked at the news that through their deal with UNFD, a new release titled Absent Light will be out on Friday 26 July. The band tried something a little different with the making of the LP - they enlisted the help of their passionate fans to crowd-fund the record.

Here's one of the band's biggest tracks from their early days, The Year Summer Ended In June.
