Melbourne rock quartet A Lonely Crowd have signed a deal with independent label Bird's Robe Records, which will see them release their second album in the new year.

The band will unveil their anticipated new LP Transients early in 2014, with an official date to be confirmed soon. It will be the follow up to their 2011 debut User Hostile.

The first single off the record is Blur and the video for the track has just dropped. Check it out:

In between albums, the A Lonely Crowd have spent a lot of time touring. They've previously supported Twelve Foot Ninja, Cog, Dead Letter Circus, Closure In Moscow and new label buds sleepmakeswaves to name a few.
