Fresh off the back of their successful North American run

More Pretty City More Pretty City

Four-piece psych-rock outfit Pretty City have spent the first part of 2017 pleasing crowds in the US and Canada, hitting stages at SXSW and Canadian Music Week and earning themselves a raft of new fans in the process.

Now that they're back home, they're barely pausing for breath as they make preparations to release their second studio full-length before setting off once more for a massive 20-date run of shows through Europe this November, including in the UK, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Switzerland and the Czech Republic.

Before undertaking that journey, they'll be stepping out for a pair of special shows this June, one in their hometown, at Northcote Social Club, and another at Sydney's Brighton Up Bar, to reacquaint locals with their old tunes as well as a healthy dose of fresh material from the upcoming album.

The band's debut album, Colorize, landed in April last year, and steered the band towards broad radio play — especially among the college-station market — as well as a deal with European agency Rola Music, which undoubtedly helped them lock in such an extensive run over on the continent in a few months' time.
