Blink-182 frontman and bassist Mark Hoppus has left a massive hint about the band’s setlist for their highly anticipated Australian tour, which finally begins in Perth tomorrow (8 February).

Arriving at Perth airport yesterday, Hoppus was a good sport, taking photos with fans and even talking to journalists. Speaking with 9 News Perth yesterday, Hoppus teased about their Australian tour setlist (via Perth Now):

We got new songs that we are playing for the first time in Perth. The first live performances of these songs will be in your city and a lot of bad words probably.

When asked about what he wants to do while in Perth, he responded, “I want to go see those quokkas.”

Blink-182’s Australian tour begins with a two-night stint (8 and 9 February) in Perth with special guests Rise Against.

In October, the band released their ninth album, One More Time…. At their most recent headline tour date – at AO Arena, Manchester, England, they played just four songs from their latest LP: the title track, Dance With Me, Edging and More Than You Know.

Over on Instagram, fans are predicting (and likely hoping) to hear the live debuts of new songs Turpentine and Anthem Pt 3 – maybe Anthem, Anthem Pt 2 and Anthem Pt 3 in a row? Other songs mentioned were Fell In Love and Bad News. You can watch Hoppus talking to 9 News Perth below.

In other blink-182 news, drummer Travis Barker made a whole lot of 30+ fans cry yesterday when he posted on X (formerly Twitter), “Feels like I’m going back in time. I haven’t been to Australia in 19 years because of my fear of flying after my accident. I’m back”.

One More Time… was the band’s first album starring their most famous line-up – Hoppus, Barker and Tom DeLonge – in twelve years.

Last June, the trio added a fifth and final Melbourne show to meet demand for their Australian tour, taking the run up to a whopping 15 dates. It’s their first Australian tour since 2013.
