Memphis-born Julien Baker has added new dates to her debut Australian tour which will take place throughout November and December, having sold out two shows a piece in Melbourne and Sydney.

Baker has gone on to add a third show in Melbourne on 6 December and a third show in Sydney on 21 November to cope with the insane demand.

As well as headlining her own shows, Baker will also play Mullum Music Festival, Queenscliff Music Festival (which features a huge line-up including Paul Kelly and Charlie Owen, Peter Garrett and The Alter Egos and Killing Heidi) and Berry’s Fairgrounds Festival.

The folk singer's stripped-back, guitar-carried sound and intimate vocals can be heard on her album released in October of last year, Sprained Ankle. On the album, Baker performs all the instrumentals and you'll be able to catch her proficiency on guitar, piano and mandolin at her Australian shows.
