Beloved annual community party the Glebe Street Fair is returning this month for its 33rd event, jam-packed with music, markets, talks, contests, workshops and more.

The musical contingent will boast performances from established and emergent drawcards including indie-pop songstress Iluka, in-demand hip hop duo Coda Conduct, roots-ragga sounds from The Strides, the bluesy strains of Marlene Cummins and Alice Terry, and some DJ work from the Inner West Reggae Disco Machine.

Speaking of DJs, local spinners are also encouraged to step up for the event's Best Of Sydney Small-bars DJ tournament.

The broader spread features more than 200 street stalls stocked with a range of works, food trucks galore, workshops, demonstrations, a poetry slam and activities for young ones at the Little Land entertainment program at Glebe Public School.

"Glebe is a place where you can be yourself, and experience an authentic village community only one kilometre from the CBD.

"With fantastic live performances, gourmet food from the world over, kids activities and more, this year's fair promises to be our biggest yet."

The Glebe Street Fair will be held from 10am on Sunday 20 November at Glebe Point Road, between Parramatta Road and Bridge Road.
