Vocalist of American metalcore act The Word Alive, Telle Smith, has launched a GoFundMe to raise money for his sick French Bulldog, with fans donating over $11,000 for her medical bills in just one day.

Smith writes that his five-year-old pup, Colby, has "lost most of the function of her left hind leg", "is no longer able to closer [sic] her left eye" and is rapidly deteriorating in health.

The GoFundMe was launched with a goal of $10,000 in mind yesterday, but in one day has already topped the goal and at time of publication is sitting at $11,490.

Smith says, "I don't know if we will ever be able to repay you, but please know that Colby is our world and you're doing more than we deserve, but exactly what Colby deserves."

Smith thanked those who donated in an Instagram update, stating, "I will never be able to say thank you enough no matter what the prognosis is. I wish I could give tenfold to all of you in your time of need what you have given us."

Get better soon, little pupper.
