The US-based locals are headed home to plug new LP 'Cascades' from early next month

Sydney-bred, Brooklyn-based pop-rock crew High Highs will be heading back to Oz in February for a national tour in support of their second album Cascades.

Preceding the band's first performances in Australia since 2014, Cascades draws inspiration from Australian acts from the '80s such as Icehouse and John Farnham, with the band injecting a 21st-century flavour all their own. It is slated for release on 5 February via Spunk Records.

Band members Jack Milas and Oli Chang will be joined in their Australian jaunt by American band members Bobby Sinclair on drums and Grant Zubritsky on bass.

High Highs will play at Sydney's Plan B Small Club on Thursday 11 February, Melbourne's Northcote Social Club on Friday 12 February, Brisbane's Black Bear Lodge on Saturday 13 February, Adelaide's Rocket Bar on Thursday 18 February, and Fremantle's Mojo's Bar on Friday February 19.
