The Brisbane lads are gearing up for a massive 2013.

They worked mighty hard throughout 2012 and it has paid serious dividends as Brisbane's Gung Ho are now officially one band on every tastemaker's lips right now. They capped off last year with a very warmly received show at the Peats Ridge Festival and now they are setting their sights on the release of their debut EP Anywhere Else and the tour that they'll embark on in support of it, which we're pleased to announce today.

The band have five dates set for the tour and they will bring their buddy and all round lover of grouse times Jeremy Neale along for the ride, giving audiences south of Queensland a really strong taste of some of the finer music being made in the glorious Sunshine State.

With three of the tunes from the fortchoming EP already copping a whole heap of airplay, you can bet there will be plenty of kids around the country eager to get the hands on a copy of the release and see them smash them out live.

The dates are as follows; you can grab yourself a ticket from Monday morning onwards.
