Art Of Fighting have today announced their return after a 12 year break.

The band developed a cult following in the '00s and released three albums during their tenure, including Wires which picked up the award for Best Alternative Release at the 2001 ARIA Awards.

They've shared that they "never really decided to go on hiatus and we never broke up," and that they started working on new music in 2012, while a new album is expect mid-2019.

Genie is the first new track from the band, which sees them work with photographer Mclean Stephenson for its video. Watch it below. 


The group have announced shows in April, one at Sydney's Lansdowne Hotel and Melbourne's Howler. Tickets are on sale now, check theGuide below for all the info.
