Confidence Man Announce Signing To I OH YOU Aus/NZ

Brisbane electropop outfit Confidence Man have announced today that they are the newest signees to indie label I OH YOU.

Making the announcement in anticipation of their new single Holiday, the band shared the news online in typical CM style.

"Hear ye, hear ye. The time has cometh," the band wrote online. "Excited to announce we've signed to our beloved [I OH YOU]. Together, we’re gonna take this sex rocket to the next level. Something else special is on the way today too. Don't say conman didn't warn ya."

I OH YOU's founder Johann Ponniah also shared his excitement for the partnership, in a statement reading, "I am over the moon to be writing to you today to share the news."

The statement continues, "it’s been awesome to stand on the sidelines, cheering on our friends, watching them thrill audiences not just in Australia but around the world (a particular highlight was watching them put on an absolute clinic for 15,000 Primavera attendees at 3am). To now be able to work with them is a real honour and something that everyone at I OH YOU is excited to dive into.

The first release on the label is due out 11 November and is available for pre-save here.
