Camping Ballot Opens For Fat As Butter

If you are keen to camp out at the Fat As Butter festival this year, registrations are now open to do so.

For the first time in the event's history, punters can set up their "home" for the weekend at the Shortland Lawn, The Foreshore Newcastle, which is located right near the festival's base. Signing up to the ballot won't definitely assure you get one of these tickets, but if you get your details down, you're in with a chance to score these special allocated passes. The ballot closes on Wednesday 24 July.

The lineup for the fest will be announced on Tuesday 23 July so keep a keen eye out for when it drops - tickets go on sale two days later on the Thursday. Fat As Butter takes place on Saturday 26 October.
