"As soon as we heard that Greyscale came into existence we thought ‘They're the ones for us’."

More Deadlights More Deadlights

Brisbane post-hardcore quartet Deadlights have announced the exciting news that they've shaken hands with Greyscale Records, with their debut album, Mesma, due out on the label this April.

Having shared stages with the likes of Confession, Every Time I Die and Dance Gavin Dance, the band's vocalist Dylan Davidson explains of the album, "Mesma is an exploration into the relationship between the erratic chaos of life and the hypnotic undertones of order."

He also adds of their signing, "As soon as we heard that Greyscale came into existence we thought ‘They're the ones for us’. The music scene needs a rad grass roots company to change it up. We are going to make waves together."

The band are heading out on a little tour this March along the east coast.
