Bluesfest has dished up its first round of 2019 sideshows, with Ray LaMontagne and George Clinton & Parliament Funkadelic leading the festival’s latest announcement.

If you’re unable to make the trip to Bryon Bay next April to celebrate the event’s 30th anniversary, or you just want an extra dose of Bluesfest, you’re in luck, as 10 artists have already been confirmed for headline tours.

Festival headliner LaMontagne returns to Australia after a 10-year break, playing two East Coast dates alongside his festival appearance, while George Clinton fans in Sydney and Melbourne will get the chance to bid farewell to the funk icon before he retires.
