Congrats - aka Slowly Slowly's Ben Stewart - has shared an exclusive behind the scenes look at the making of his video for recent single, Lobotomy.

Lobotomy is a dark and twisted take on heartbreak. It's tongue in cheek because I had to choose between a laugh or cry - I chose the former so I could at least dance through it," said Stewart of the track.

"You shouldn't listen too hard to it, it's a bit miserable. It's like a conch shell where you think you can hear the ocean, but then a crab nips your earlobe off.”

"It was a classic iso video clip - green screen in the lounge room playing dress ups," Stewart told The Music of the ROME directed clip (who's previously worked with Mallrat and BENEE).

"I had just got a puppy so she featured, we got the rose from the next door neighbours garden and my sister did my make up.

"I borrowed the VHS camera we shot it with from a friend. Rory Pippan who put the clip together over in Adelaide really brought it to life with the editing. Really didn't have a clue how it was going to turn out, but it really captured the energy of the track being so deathly serious, but yet humorous.

"Michael Roberts shot the footage here in Melbourne, we have worked a lot together so I always feel comfortable dancing round like an idiot for him."
