Ball Park Music Announced As Vintage Vibes Festival Secret Act

Ball Park Music joins the Vintage Vibes line-up, alongside Rudimental, Groove Armada, Teskey Brothers, and more.

The five-piece Brisbane band are the secret act that was teased last month when the line-up was released, and the group will perform on the second day of the two-day festival at Tomnich Wines in Adelaide Hills. 

“We are beyond thrilled to announce Ball Park Music as the secret jewel of next year's Vintage Vibes line-up,” Festival Director Blake Gilchrist said.

“They are a group who have commanded Australian festival stages for years and have released countless hits. I’m beyond excited to see them take the stage at Vintage Vibes next year.”

The news of Ball Park Music also came with an announcement that ticket prices have dropped from $178 to $99, with only a limited amount of discounted tickets available - head here to check it out.

No stranger to a festival, Ball Park Music are known for their captivating stage presence and frequent appearance in the triple j Hottest 100 over the last decade, with Cherub taking the coveted #4 spot in 2020. Since the group formed in 2008, they’ve produced seven albums, and six have debuted in the top 10 of the ARIA charts. 

Also performing on Saturday will be local legends Winston Surfshirt, Drapht, Stellie, The Tullamarines and TUSHAR, plus the English indie-rock group SeaGirls. On the second day, Lord Huron, Meg Mac, Cub Sport, Marlon, Surahn, Indiago and Tonix will take the stage.

In addition to its colourful live music program, the festival is said to offer “an unrivalled experience, merging sensational music with gourmet culinary delights, exquisite beverages, and engaging activations”.
