Above & Beyond Add Melbourne Show To Aussie Visit

British-bred electronic luminaries Above & Beyond have reacted to "unprecedented" demand for tickets to their recently announced Sydney leg of their lauded annual Group Therapy Radio celebrations (#ABGT150) with the news that they'll be adding another show to their Aussie visit this year with a performance now locked in for Melbourne.

Facing sell-out demand in Sydney mere hours after opening up ticket sales for their performance at Allphones Arena, the band has rallied to put on a pre-ABGT150 show, focusing on latest full-length We Are All We Need, at Melbourne's Sidney Myer Music Bowl on Friday, 25 September. 

"We're aware that a good number of our Melbourne fans missed out on tickets or couldn't afford to make the journey up to New South Wales for ABGT150," band member Paavo Siljamäki said in a statement.

"Since New Year's Day at the Sidney Myer Music Bowl was one of our favourite shows of the year, we decided to check with the venue to see if it was available on Friday, September 25th. I'm delighted to say that it is available, so we have booked it for a special We Are All We Need album show, the night before ABGT150."

Tickets for the new show will go on sale from 10am AEST this Thursday, 14 May, via Ticketmaster.
