Former Mae frontman Dave Elkins has premiered the lead single from the forthcoming debut album under his Schematic moniker.

The album's entitled 'Color (n.) Inside the Lines', and is the first full-length release from Elkins under the nom de plume. Elkins recorded the album after settling in Nashville, Tennessee in the wake of Mae's disbandment, drawing on a slew of collaborators to put the record together - additional engineering and production from Paul Moak, (Lovedrug, Mat Kearney) co-writes by Stephen Christian (Anberlin) and Mae bandmate Mark Padgett, not to mention a handful of guest musical appearances.
