Suicidal Tendencies have revealed that longtime guitarist Dean Pleasants has been working on a solo album due to be released early in 2014.

Suicidal Tendencies have revealed that longtime guitarist Dean Pleasants has been working on a solo album due to be released early in 2014. 


"Dean Pleasants premiered live a couple of new tracks from his solo guitar cd coming out early next year," an update from the band's Facebook page posted yesterday reads. "Evan Brewer played bass for Dean and also on a couple bonus IG songs. Great crowd, great night. Perfect way to start the 13 day French tour."

Pleasants has been lead guitarist for the crossover thrash band since 1997, as well as being a member of funk-metal side project Infectious Grooves.
