A Day To Remember Vs Victory Records court case postponed

The court date to sort out the lawsuit A Day To Remember and Victory Records has been postponed. 

This spells bad news for the band's upcoming fifth album, 'Common Courtesy', which cannot be released until a court date is held and a descision is made. 

It is unknown when the new date will take place but watch this space for more information.
