In his place, Snakes Get Bad Press frontman Sam Dillon will be handling vocal duties for the quartet. Here's what the band had to say:

"We regret to announce that Jamie has decided to part ways with Lo! in order to pursue studies. It is something that he has wanted to focus on for a while and we fully respect and support his decision. Jamie has been a huge part of Lo! and we’d like to thank him for all the time and effort he has put into this band and wish him all the best.

Now we’re excited to announce the newest member of the Lo! family, Mr Samuel Dillon on vocals. Sam’s been a perfect fit for us and we’re excited to tour and record with him in the future.

Dillon's first shows with the band will take place next month as part of the upcoming PALM/A Secret Death tour - Thursday, September 12 at the Hamilton Station Hotel in Newcastle, then the following night in Sydney at Hermann's Bar.
