"We’re extremely excited to welcome Melbourne’s party-punk kings, The Bennies to their family of bands. Since 2009, The Bennies have performed and toured relentlessly, taking their unique blend of psychedelic ska, acid infused reggae and downright infectious punk-rock across Australia, Japan, Singapore and Malaysia, earning themselves a reputation as one of Australia’s most thrilling underground acts. Following their 2011 album ‘Party! Party! Party!’, ‘Jah-Pan’ EP and recent ‘Better Off Dread’ 7″, The Bennies have now finished work on a brand new full length, recorded at Three Phase Studios with producer Sam Johnson (The Smith Street Band, A Death In The Family, Arrows). The Bennies‘ mind bending, party fuelling sophomore album is due out November 4th on Poison City Records."
